Broccoli Salad


Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup light mayo
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 4t apple cider vinegar
  • 2t sugar
  • 8 cups raw broccoli florets
  • 5T Turkey bacon bits
  • 1/2t black pepper

Directions:
  1. Whisk together garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add broccoli, bacon, and pepper.
  3. Stir well to combine with the dressing.




Tips:
  • Add grape tomatoes, bell peppers, or even feta cheese for some added flavor.
