I'm very thankful that before my husband's great grandmother "GG" died, she taught me how to make pasta. And once my husband's mother found out I had learned how to make pasta, she gave me her pasta maker. Which leads me to this week's Friday Favorite: Marcato Atlas Pasta Maker
Making pasta is very simple. I would give you the recipe, but it's not mine to give. I think GG would appreciate me keeping certain recipes in the family. I'm sure if you look up how to make pasta, most recipes would be the same, anyway. Don't ask me for a tomato sauce recipe either!
