Spicy Garlic Vinaigrette


I created this as a marinade and decided that it would make a terrific salad dressing, as well!

Ingredients:

  • 3T Water
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced or 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:

  1. Combine water and vinegar, mix well.  Add olive oil and dry ingredients and continue to mix well.  This works best in a cruet.  
  2. Mix into your favorite salad (don't forget the croutons!) Or marinade chicken for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
