Friday Favorites: Kitchenaid Stand Mixer

This is a pretty obvious favorite.  Everyone I know who has a stand mixer loves it.  I've owned my mixer for almost two years and only recently started using it pretty often.  I also just came across quite a few tips and tricks for using the mixer.

Did you know you can shred cooked chicken with it?  I didn't either!! Until now...

• Lay a hand towel under the mixer to easily move it around.  That thing is heavy and a pain in the ass to move, this makes the task so much easier!
