Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (skinless to keep it healthier!)
- 1/2 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (I used Kraft Honey BBQ)
- Salt and Pepper to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Place in ungreased 9"x13" baking dish, add salt and pepper to season.
- Pour BBQ sauce over chicken, use a spatula to completely cover.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Simple as that!
I made Breaded Broccoli with this. The prefect meal to end a busy day!
